liborc-0.4-dev software package provides Library of Optimized Inner Loops Runtime Compiler (development headers), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liborc-0.4-dev
liborc-0.4-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liborc-0.4-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liborc-0.4-dev *
You will get with liborc-0.4-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
